The

Project Manager

is Responsible for all areas of assigned event by coordinating logistical, technical details, staffing, and budgets to maintain a quality client experience. Work closely with Account Executives to execute all details of assigned shows to bring projects in on time and on budget based on client needs. Work with Account Executives to coordinate all internal departments and external vendors as required for a successful show. Track change and add orders onsite for billing purposes.

Some duties may include:

Evaluate show information with Account Executive to review scope of work for the project.Compile technical information, show agendas, production schedules, pull lists, drawings and client emails to create show book or Production manual to ensure all the bases are covered.Execute all elements of assigned event details and logistics. Visit venues, as required, for site survey, ensure that all logistics suit client and equipment requirements, and that power requirements of equipment and venue are as accurate as proposed. Respond to customer change requirements onsite and communicate internally to affect changes to suit client's needs.Evaluate the technical drawings for the event and ensure staff has seen and evaluated plots to get their input into the plots being sure that all departments and the client are updated.Works with Operations and Show Services to review required equipment and personal to suit the requirements of the client.Maintain safe working environment and comply with local and venue safety procedures and requirements.Maintain contact with Account Executive and client representative to receive and respond to changes initiated by clients on show site. Contact client and follow up to determine continuing level of interest and additional incentives, as required.Organize and distribute show information to all parties involved on the event.Travel and work on show site to execute and provide continuity with client planning teams.Coordinate and lead pre and post production meetings internally or with client as needed.Be positive and an advocate of the company and its process, staff and vision.Uphold and lead by using LMG's values, visions, and mission statements in all company decisionTo be a successful

Project Manager

it is preferred you have:

3+ years project management experienceComputer knowledge including but not limited to MS Office, Vectorworks and or AutoCad program.Ability to travel internationally (passport)
