CAMS is on the search for a full-time Assistant Manager to aid in the daily office duties to serve HOA communities throughout Greenville, SC. Prior Home Owner Association or property management experience is preferred.
The position hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Pay is determined by the candidate's level of experience related to the industry. Experienced candidates qualify for up to $20.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
Assist Community Managers in all aspects of the jobGreet, welcome, and direct clients that come into the officeProvide administrative supportAssist with communication to community boards of directorsSchedule and prepare for regular board meetingsMaintain communication with homeownersRespond to homeowner needsAssist in the analysis of monthly financial reports, learn to create variance reports for the boards of directorsContribute to monthly management reportsContact vendors for community maintenance and special projectsAttend regular meetings with the management firmOther items as neededRequirements
