Fund Launch, a leading education company for Funds (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, etc), is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team.
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our executives and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing their calendars, arranging meetings, coordinating travel, preparing reports and presentations, and handling various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointmentsCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookingsPrepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reportsHandle incoming calls and emails, and manage executive's inquiriesHandle confidential information with discretionHandle day-to-day personal tasks and needsRequirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar roleHighly organized with excellent time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work under pressureAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationProfessional demeanor and strong interpersonal skillsBenefits
