Highly Likely Ojai is opening this fall and we are looking for a great General Manager!
We are an all-day dining restaurant and bar serving a chef-driven menu for breakfast/lunch/dinner, 3rd wave coffee, natural wine, and craft cocktails.
We are looking for a great GM to oversee the overall operations of the restaurant. You will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits. You'll be involved with all aspects of the business, from hiring and training employees to creating budgets and managing finances. You'll also establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensure compliance with local regulations, and coordinate with other departments within the restaurant, such as the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house staff.
As the GM, you'll be the face of the restaurant and must ensure that guests have an amazing experience while also maintaining Highly Likely's high standards of service and quality. We are looking for a strong, personable leader with business acumen and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
