Job DescriptionThe Digital Product Owner (DPO) leads Global Supply Chain digital procurement transformation initiatives and plays a significant role in maximizing the value produced by the teams. To do this, the DPO works to understand product requirements from the Global Supply Chain, define backlog items, prioritize the team backlog, and accept the work of the team as done while ensuring it meets the definition of done.Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

Responsible for maximizing the value of the productsResponsible for understanding and prioritizing the team's Product BacklogResponsible for understanding and increasing the efficiency of procurement processesCommunicate Product Backlog priorities to management and stakeholdersResponsible for the vision of what is to be built, and conveying that vision to the teamWork closely with key stakeholders throughout the organizationResponsible for making decisions on release dates and contentParticipate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and RetrospectivesInspect the product progress at the end of every Sprint and accept or reject the work that has been done by the Agile teamct as the voice of the team, communicating status externallyResponsible for developing and improving Global Supply Chain analytics capabilitiesProduct Owner of Procure to Pay Solution for the Indirect Supply ChainProcurement system ownership responsibilities: system access approvals, SOX and Data Privacy compliance managementEnsures effective change management.Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional experience3+ years of experience in digital product management or leadership in improving procurement processesExcellent oral and written communication skills in EnglishT

3+ years of experience with the Agile methodology3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product ManagerProduct Owner or Product Manager certificationExperience with Agile software tools such as Azure DevOps, Mingle, VSTS, JIRA, RallyKnowledge of Solar's turbomachinery products and servicesKnowledge of Solar Turbines policies, standards, procedures, and a broad understanding of Solar's organizationnalytics: Tableau author or PowerBi authorChange Management: strategies, communications, and training
