What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage all aspects of the customer relationship related to code deployments, delivery, and use of enQuesta solutionsEnsure timely resolution of customer JIRA tickets and provide updates to customers through Customer Advocate callsDevelop strong customer relationships and inspire customer confidencePossess a comprehensive understanding of the software solution to meet customer's business needsCoordinate activities of different departments to deliver customer requests accurately and on time
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in enQuesta OperationsKnowledge of CIS transactions in the Utility sector is helpfulExceptional communication and presentation skillsClient-focused with a problem-solving mindsetStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent relationship-building skills and ability to work with diverse teamsComfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in enQuesta software or similar platformsKnowledge of billing, work orders, and credit transactions in the CIS domain
