What Is Required (Qualifications)
2-5 years of experience in a customer success or account management role within the IT industry or a Managed Service ProviderStrong technical background with knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systemsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer serviceStrong problem-solving and analytical skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldExperience in the IT industry or Managed Service Provider
