What Is Required (Qualifications)
Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar customer-facing roleExperience in the IT industry promoting value through customer experienceExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsTechnical and business acumen in the assigned areas of technologyStrong understanding of technology licensing and consumption models
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Cisco CX experience highly desirable
