What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive customer engagement and adoption of Persado, serving as the primary day-to-day client contactDevelop and execute account plans to move customers along a maturity pathDeliver against customer's strategic objectives on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basisBuild and expand relationships throughout the organizationIdentify and expand account opportunities in collaboration with CS and Sales leadership
What Is Required (Qualifications)
3-6 years of relevant experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar roleStrong understanding of digital marketing programs/channelsTech-savvy and comfortable with multiple disciplinesAnalytical mindset and proficiency in data analysisAbility to travel to clients as needed
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience supporting large Enterprise customers in a SaaS or technology company
