Serve as the primary point of contact for the Venuetize product, managing support and projectsCommunicate changes to clients and internal teams, seeking necessary approvalsDevelop and implement customer programs focused on fostering long-term relationships and engagementCollaborate with clients to identify goals, define evaluation metrics, and execute product strategiesIdentify new business opportunities and communicate the value of additional services
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the sports and entertainment industryExperience with complex enterprise solutionsAdvanced understanding of Sports and Entertainment industry and Venuetize product linesStrong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsProject management skills

0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the sports and entertainment industry
