Position OverviewFlexpost is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee our Southcentral territory. If you excel at building strong customer relationships, introducing innovative products, and seizing new opportunities, we want to hear from you. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating a base of high-profile accounts, identifying new business prospects, and expanding our brand presence across diverse sectors. Success in this role involves meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.

ResponsibilitiesStrategically develop the Industrial Safety territory while enhancing our brand visibility.Engage in active prospecting and cold calling to generate new business while maintaining existing client relationships.Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, collaborating with Customer Care & Field Services as needed for customer success.Achieve quarterly targets for trial installations.Utilize available resources effectively to optimize success rates.Cultivate expertise in key accounts through customer profiling and relationship-building.Utilize HubSpot for daily activity management, quotation creation, and performance tracking.

RequirementsCraft and present the appropriate "FlexPost Value Proposition" for each account to showcase our unique solutions.Develop account plans to optimize call routes and maximize field time to achieve or exceed budget goals.Maintain accurate account and customer contacts and record follow-up details in FlexPost's CRM system.Drive sales growth with each account by leveraging internal resources, conducting thorough research, making cold calls, and exploring all available avenues.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with HubSpot CRM software.Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport with customers and manage multiple accounts effectively.Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills.Value-based selling approach to align customer needs with our solutions effectively.
