Redjack is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is the driving force behind our Sales team, responsible for proactively identifying, nurturing, and creating new opportunities with business and security executives at leading Fortune 1000 prospect companies. We're looking for the right person to join our sales team: someone passionate, tenacious, and results-driven. You will be on the frontlines of the go-to-market organization, acting as the first point of contact with prospects.

Responsibilities

Respond to and qualify incoming leads.Cold call into target accounts.Track all account activity in HubSpot CRM.Become an expert on Redjack products and services to be sold and maintain relevant industry knowledge.Create a great first impression on our prospects and customers by providing them with a world-class experience.Drive customer participation in webinars, owned events, and conferences.Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications to increase customer interest in Redjack products.Achieve monthly quotas of qualified and sales-accepted opportunities.Actively collaborate as a team member within the department and the organization.Research target account lists and determine a strategic approach to outbound and book meetings with target accounts, providing tailored messaging to Redjack's key personas.Achieve daily call, email, and LinkedIn outreach metrics.Partner with sales, marketing, and channel sales to create account-based engagement programs.Requirements

1+ years of B2B sales or 6 months of cybersecurity or SaaS business development experience.Must be comfortable using best practice prospecting techniques and implementing them in a cold calling & outbound strategy.Experience with sales and prospecting tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Apollo, etc.) is a plus.Personal drive and internal motivation to start a career in software sales and aspirations towards high achievement.Strong decision-making, problem-resolution, and creative thinking skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
