Downtown Dallas, TX with occasional trips to the Frisco office

Hours:

9 AM - 5 PM

Summary:

The IT Specialist will provide user support, and network support and administration for the company.

Responsibilities:

Desktop/Helpdesk support of Windows and Mac laptops and desktopsWhite glove support of C-level officers & executivesLocal Area Network Management including

Some on-prem deviceA couple of Hyper-V virtual servers

Ring central SaaS managementCurrently moving all the endpoints to a cloud management system

Manage the transition off of Active DirectoryQualifications:

Proficient O365Windows server 2019, Windows 10 and 11, MacOS (Catalina and Monterey)Intune suiteWindows Autopilot &, Apple Business ManagerProficient in managing hybrid environmentPowerShellCisco IOSMeraki Dashboard & Ubiquiti dashboardExperience working with VendorsKnowledge of fiberoptic interfacesPreferred Qualifications

Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Graft (API) can learn thisCloud Management, Barracuda email archivingSolarWinds service desk & Dameware Remote SupportPM Skills
