The role will lead the development and execution of marketing plans, and drive strategies to position and promote SEMI offerings.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering campaigns, articulating compelling and differentiated product messaging, and executing successful go-to-market strategies.This is a full-time, exempt position and reports to the Sr. Product Marketing Manager at SEMI HQ Milpitas office.Core Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic marketing plans in partnership with Product Managers to support their business goals.Drive collaboration with various internal (product management, digital marketing, PR, branding, program, events, and sales) and external (members and partners) audiences to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives across various channels.Create compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences across regions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement go-to-market plans for product launches and expansion.Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for our existing and new product and service offerings.Identify, gather, and leverage customer success stories and testimonials to build trust and credibility in the industry.Provide the regional program, sales, and marketing teams with impactful collateral and resources they need to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products - datasheets, sales presentations, webinars, case studies, graphics, videos, and website.Stay informed about industry trends, news, and customer needs to inform product strategy and marketing campaigns.Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from stakeholders.What Success Looks Like:You ensure alignment of SEMI offerings with customer needs, driving revenue growth, diversification, and membership retention, while effectively communicating its global brand and value proposition to existing and potential members.You provide quality marketing support and guidance to Product Managers, helping them execute business plans and scale communities effectively.You seamlessly transition from strategic planning or creative ideation to detailed execution.You deliver ideas clearly and confidently, using creative approaches to translate complex concepts into resonant messages.You lead multiple projects at a time, defining the scope of work, deliverables, and timelines.Experience & Success Factors:B.S./B.A. or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.5+ years of proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns and product launches.Comprehensive grasp of product marketing strategy, process management, storytelling, brand building, and fostering a growth mindset.Experience working within the semiconductor industry across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds - business, technology, government, and academia.Exceptional proficiency in verbal and written communication.Strong time and project management capabilities.Positive and open-minded attitude.Collaborative and team-oriented approach.Proficiency in MS Suites.Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Drupal, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing tools.Willingness to travel as required.SEMI is the global industry association representing the electronics manufacturing and design supply chain, connecting over 3,000 member companies and 1.3 million professionals worldwide.
