This key role requires a balance of sales acumen and technical understanding of Enertiv’s products, ensuring alignment with clients’ needs and strategies to foster the adoption and growth of our solutions within the commercial real estate market.ResponsibilitiesAchieve and surpass sales targets ranging between $500K - $1M, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth.Develop and implement effective sales strategies, focusing on demand generation and coordination of fulfillment logistics.Cultivate strong relationships with SDRs, software and hardware engineers, and company leadership to ensure seamless integration and delivery of Enertiv’s solutions.Engage in active client interaction, demonstrating a deep understanding of building operations and energy management.Efficiently manage and update client information in Salesforce or a similar CRM (Zoho preferred).What you bring3-5 years of B2B sales/development experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.Bachelor's degree from a prestigious university (B.A. or B.S.).Strong understanding of the proptech/commercial and multi-family market, including key players, trends, and challenges.Exceptional presentation and communication skills, able to engage and influence various stakeholders.Process and detail-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments.Prior experience and knowledge of building operations and energy management prioritized.BenefitsEnjoy peace of mind with our company-sponsored health plansReimburse up to $500 to set-up your remote workspace plus $500 monthly allowance for a coworking membershipSelect either a Mac or PC laptop to suit your preferencesGenerous vacation days, sick leave, and observed holidays
