We are seeking a highly skilled Attorney. The ideal candidate will possess experience in handling litigation matters, with a preference for those with a background in either labor and employment or tort litigation.
Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on municipal law issues to local governments and private clients.Handle and manage litigation cases, ensuring effective representation of clients in court.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and provide sound legal advice.Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois.Proven experience in litigation, with a preference for expertise in labor and employment or tort law.Strong analytical and research skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
