Work Schedule: Friday and Saturday, 6:30pm to 6amLocation: Community HospitalResponsibilities:Availability to float to three units based on competency and experience. Must be available to pick up shifts in all three units as needed.Reviewing the patient's chart becoming familiar with the orders for the patient including but not limited to medications, lab orders and results, radiology orders and results, activity, diet, consultation orders etc and utilize these tools to provide initial and ongoing patient assessment and care planning activities.Explains procedures, treatments to patient to allay apprehension, verify understanding and gain cooperation, being conscious of patient's rights and responsibilities.Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol.The documentation of patient information will be completed in the electronic record, in a timely manner.Completes Medication Administration.Performing a complete physical assessment on each assigned patientRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in nursing from accredited Registered Nurse ProgramAt least two (2) years of acute care experienceCurrent, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in ColoradoCurrent BLSCurrent ACLSPALS (within 6 months of hire for ICU/SOU/PACU/IR/ED)TNCC/TCAR (within 1 year of hire for ED/ICU)This position's pay range is: $40.00- $46.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.***Night Shift-shift differential available***Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.Benefits:Employees are eligible to participate in an attractive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, education assistance, 403(b) with employer matching, and more.
