Responsibilities of the Project Managers include developing project scope, using templates to define timelines, managing resources/ tasks, resolving issues, and ensuring successful project completion. Internal business project duties include managing across multiple departments ensuring required resources are assigned, tasks are completed, and internal deadlines are met. Customer project responsibilities include successful management of customer implementations and adoption of multiple solutions to ensure delivery of identified return on investment.You Will Be:Ensuring the successful completion of high-quality implementations that meet or exceed customer expectations and KPI’s while ensuring timely revenue recognition, achieving process improvement goals and return on investment.Setting and managing customer expectations to maintain adherence to the contracted scope of work and to ensure high customer satisfaction.Developing, maintaining, and executing the project timelines for all projects utilizing the standard implementation documentation with customers to achieve agreed upon delivery dates.Providing communication plans that include weekly project calls, updated project documents and status reports detailing project health, accomplishments, and issues/risks to project team and customer executive employees. This includes updating/ completing documents as needed and ensuring proper storage.Identifying project gaps and customer issues and engage appropriate resources necessary to ensure issue resolution. This includes addressing customer issues and escalating to the customer executive employees to ensure resolution.Adapting and modifying project goals as business requirements change. This includes integration of projects and adjust project scope and timing as needed.Developing risk mitigation, escalation, and issue management system to identify roadblocks and solutions to prevent project delays.Identifying resource requirements, assign responsibility and escalate any resource issues or constraints.Ensuring QA and testing is completed to ensure successful project outcomes while documenting all aspects of the project.Promoting continuous improvement through effective process, methodology and training.You Will Bring:SkillsProven track record to manage all aspects of the Project life cycle including Initiation, Discovery/Planning, Execution, Monitoring/Go Live and ClosureOrganized with attention to detailAble to prioritize tasks and understand dependencies to ensure project completionCollaboration and conflict resolution skillsAnalytical skills, aptitude for metrics and the ability to carry our cost benefit analysis and project budgeting.Ability to manage stakeholders and influence to ensure project/ course buy in.Good verbal/written communication skills and ability to present to large groups.Comfortable communication with most levels of the Customer Business, especially end userAbility to hold all levels of project stakeholders accountable for assigned tasksProactively manage issues to resolutionAccountable and results orientedAbility to conduct project risk assessment and escalate as appropriateProficient in Microsoft Office including, Visio & Project TimelineUse of Financial ForceCommunicate lessons learned from projects back to project team and leadershipLean experience with continuous improvement process knowledgeMust be able to independently conduct all customer meetingsDocument Project Milestone Completion to ensure proper financial reportingExperience3++ years of project planning experience managing highly complex projects that include stakeholders at all levels3+ years of experience working within the Hospital System, Pharmacy, and Revenue Cycle/ Pricing discipline preferred.EducationEducated to Bachelor Degree
