A health services network in Westchester County is currently seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Women's Health team as their new Centralized Follow-up Nurse.
Responsibilities:
The Centralized Follow-up Nurse (RN) will:Work in conjunction with Centralized Follow Up and Patient Services Departments to develop, implement and perform centralized follow-up managementPromote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing processCollaborate with the Physicians and other team members on special assignmentsProvide physical and psychological support to patients and their friends, and familiesPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in NursingNYS Registered Nurse (RN) licenseDesired Skills:
1+ year of experience in a Women's Healthcare, Abortion Services, and/or Recovery Room role/settingBilingual (English and Spanish)
