Job Details

We are seeking a litigation attorney in Atlanta to join the construction litigation group in the Atlanta office. Candidates must have 3+ years of litigation experience, with at least 1 year of construction litigation experience including construction defect or delay, design negligence, and payment disputes. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, and experience independently arguing motions in court and conducting depositions.
