What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide clear, professional, and friendly communication to both end-users and internal contacts throughout the troubleshooting processDiagnose and resolve customer reported technical, pre- and post-sales issues via phone, email, and chatEscalate issues internally when necessaryAssess content against company policiesModerate reviews and forum postsTake detailed notes on each customer interactionAdhere to assigned schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysParticipate in User Acceptance Testing and report defectsIdentify and share enhancement requests from clientsFollow standard operating proceduresPerform additional duties as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)

3+ years of experience in customer service supporting B2B clientsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsTechnical aptitude with SaaS productsEfficient organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAdaptability to new responsibilities and expectationsAbility to work independently with systematic troubleshooting techniquesExperience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

A passion for the cannabis industryAccount Management experienceBilingual written and verbal skills (French, Spanish)Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or other ticketing systemsExperience with Gmail and Google Suite
