What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle escalated customer issues and partner with logistics and/or stores to resolveRespond to customer care email inquiries and escalate when necessaryAnswer basic troubleshooting questions or inquiries for the storesReceive and respond to inbound calls, emails, and social media messagesMake accurate entries into systems, logs, etc.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalentPrior work in customer service in a call center environment preferredAble to work holidays, weekends, and evening shiftsAbility to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.Ability to sit for long periods of time on the phone
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Background in retail or thrift store environmentExperience in handling customer escalationsKnowledge of logistics and store operationsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
