Conduct legal research on various labor and employment issues.Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and memoranda.Represent clients in labor and employment-related proceedings, including administrative hearings and court appearances.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment matters.Assist with case management and strategy development.Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of practice experience in labor and employment law.Membership in the State Bar of California.Demonstrated experience in handling labor and employment cases.Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Must be a member of the State Bar of California.Skills:
Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws.
