Roles & Responsibilities:
Drafting/preparation, 2D layout, 3D modeling, and control of concrete foundation drawings and steel structures according to project specifications and standards.
To prepare Material List and MTOs for Civil and structural requirements.
Perform a final check of all the project deliverables like calculation report, construction drawings, etc. in accordance with international standards and project specifications.
Should be able to perform at an advanced level on technically complex tasks like dynamic simulations, fatigue evaluation.
To monitor the overall design phase including the coordination with the customers and vendors for progress and updates.
Assist with developing and maintaining technical guidelines, processes, procedures, and standards for technical design.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, or structural Engineering).
2 to 4 years of experience in the related industry (refining/petrochemical/LNG/oil & gas).
Experience with Structural Layouts, P&IDs, equipment data sheets, interpreting vendor manuals.
Software/tools: AutoCAD 2012 or higher, Tekla Structural Designer.
Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Desired Skills:
Exposure to oil & gas/Power Facilities structural Engineering activities.
