CNC Operator/Programmer in Woodstock | (2024-07-05)

On behalf of our local client, IS2 Woodstock is currently recruiting a CNC Operator/Programmer.Job Responsibilities:Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.Reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, and programming machine accordingly.Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.Operate the CNC machine while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.Inspect and measure finished products.Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.Job Requirements:Proven experience as CNC operator.Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.MasterCam and/or BobCAD CNC programming understanding/experience.A post-secondary education in general machining or engineering will be considered an asset.If you are interested, hit apply or please give us a call at 519-421-5100 to set up a time to further discuss this great opportunity.
