Establish performance goals and metrics, provide feedback, and give clear guidance to team members.Supervise the development and issuance of project correspondence, manage agency requirements, and ensure compliance.Pre-ConstructionParticipate in project turnover meetings, review documentation, identify risks, prepare project schedules and budgets, and coordinate with various departments.During ConstructionDevelop work plans, ensure field conditions, assist in developing safe work practices, inspect project safety, participate in incident reviews, and manage costs and schedules.Post ConstructionDevelop a project closeout checklist, negotiate settlements, ensure all tasks are completed, and review project successes and improvement opportunities.Experience, Education & SkillsBachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field; Five years of project management experience; Proficient in SAGE 300, Windows 10, Office 365, Bluebeam, and B2W; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work well with others; Strong organizational skills; Self-motivated with a strong work ethic; Working knowledge of contract management, labor compliance, and prevailing wage regulations; Familiarity with common AIA Construction Contracts; Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.Working ConditionsOffice/Outdoor Environment – sitting at a desk, physical requirements, such as climbing, standing, stooping, or typing. Ability to lift 5-20 pounds occasionally. Exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
