EPRI members represent 90% of the electricity generated and delivered in the United States, with international participation extending to more than 40 countries.To fulfill this mission as Human Resources Manager, you will partner with the Senior HR Advisor to drive organizational design and effectiveness, value creation for our internal and external stakeholders, strategic business alignment, talent engagement and learning development solutions.In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of human resource services. You will plan, lead, direct, develop and coordinate the HR policies and initiative.An opportunity to assemble strategic people plans within your business areas, as well as deliver an excellent first-class service to managers and employees.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at EPRI working with a team of experts.Key Responsibilities (include But Not Limited To)Support and deliver the Human Resources and Diversity (HRD) Strategic prioritiesAdvise executives and their managers on HR best practicesGuarantee consistency in HR practices aligned with the HR policies and practicesAct as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the business leaders and serve as a valued strategic contributor to the HRD leadershipGuarantee timely delivery on projects and deliverables to all stakeholdersCoach, mentor, supervise managers and employeesProvide advice on policies, procedures, and legislationAdvise managers on how to approach employee requests, concerns and reported problemsPartner with managers to advise and manage teams’ performance, talent management, learning solutions, career growth, engagement, and retentionManage grievances and disciplinary processesProvide HR-related support and guidance in the areas of employment termination, conflict resolution, and performance analysesContribute to improving business processes by overseeing policy implementationIdentify and recommend areas for improvement by carrying out regular surveys and collecting teams’ feedbackDesign and implement innovative HR processes to boost business operationsKeep track and manage key performance indicators for each sectorLead change management processes in partnership with the managersProvide advice to managers on how to approach employee requests, concerns, and reported problemsDesign and advise operational structures and organizational roadmaps that will deliver success, support career development, succession planning, talent management, and performance management to each sectorManage employee inquiries and address proactively solutions to help maintain positive employee relationsIdentify learning and development opportunities and partner with the L&D team to deliver accordinglyLead calibrations and people reviews discussions per sectorAdopt and anticipate on strategic initiativesGuarantee the HR function as a trusted partner, advisor and resource to leadership and teams at all levels and in all areas of the InstitutePartner with Talent Acquisition to develop and deliver for sectors a comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs for current and future talent needsCollaborate with sectors’ leaders to understand the skills and competencies required to achieve EPRI’s goals currently as well as future growthAnalyze trends in compensation and benefits; This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.This role is eligible to participate in EPRI’s annual incentive program. The amount of incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.This role is eligible to participate in EPRI’s standard employee benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, vision, 401k, STD/LTD and paid family leave, life and accident insurance, paid time off (flexible vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay).EPRI participates in E-Verify, an online system operated jointly by the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration (SSA).
