The Key Account Manager will help drive the next wave of growth with our top customers. As a Key Account Manager, you will drive the enrollment, adoption, and growth of our largest customers using our flagship software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution by building relationships, driving product adoption, and empowering teams to fulfill their goals. Your primary focus will be becoming a Blue Rabbit platform expert and trusted advisor to our new and existing customers and providing tailored solutions that address their pain points. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of surpassing goals using a solutions-based approach and thrive in a fast-paced startup built on innovation and market disruption.Where will you work?This is a full-time position working remotelyWhat you’ll do:Develop and grow relationships with new and existing top clients within an assigned geographic region of the veterinary market.Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between top clients and the rest of the Blue Rabbit team.Drive the new enrollment process forward with the organization's top Blue Rabbit targets.Coach and mentor field and remote sales teams on customer success and how to drive platform engagement.Develop and manage implementation plans to ensure customers adopt our platform to meet their business needs and goals.Maintain complete, accurate, and timely Salesforce records for all partner accounts; capture all sales activities to support team communications, company learnings, report generation, and general territory management.Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the expanding features of our product offering.Partner with sales and product teams on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.Answer client inquiries concerning products, their uses, and the industry.Prepare and report results periodically, as well as the status of accounts, and lead them to the manager.Build, own, and execute client success and engagement plans.Who you are:Possess strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, articulate value propositions, and close upselling opportunitiesHighly organized and strong attention to detailHigh energy individual with empathy and a positive attitudeHave a team oriented mindset, thriving in a collaborative environment that celebrates changeThrive in building and maintaining relationships with clientsWhat you’ve done:Obtained a bachelor’s degree or comparable years of experience in Sales Development or Customer Success in lieu of a degreeGained 3-5+ years experience in sales and customer service with direct customer contactProven successful in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry, focusing on customer successProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteGained excellent sales and negotiation skillsWhat’s in it for you:A comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and flexible spending accounts401(k) retirement plan with a generous company contribution to help you save for the futureCompany Paid Life and disability insuranceAccess to voluntary insurance optionsA generous paid time off program that increases every yearTuition reimbursementOpportunity for growth - We believe in promoting from within and do so through our internal job posting program!Experience
