1Position Summary:
Responsible for oversight and management of the procurement function across the health system. Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the acquisition of goods and services necessary for patient care and operational excellence. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, streamline processes, and drive cost savings. Implement best practices, standardize procedures, and leverage technology solutions. Plan activities to meet objectives, exercise judgment, and resolve complex procurement issues.Total Compensation:

Annual Rate - Minimum: $123,500.00, Midpoint: $182,700.00, Maximum: $241,900.00Required Qualifications:- Management skills to lead department- Effective interpersonal skills- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience- Thorough knowledge of procurement- Skills in directing procurement functions- Strong written and verbal communication- Negotiation skillsConditions of Employment:
