The ODA Group is a direct-hire staffing firm based in Dallas. One of our clients, a rapidly growing manufacturer based in Carrollton, is seeking a Senior Account Executive.The Senior Account Executive is responsible for estimating and quoting, working with multiple large accounts, ensuring proactive customer communication, maintaining an accurate job schedule, evaluating new project opportunities, and other essential responsibilities as required.

Responsibilities:

Attend meetings with architects and sales distributors as required for existing and prospective customers.Oversee production/delivery of ordersBe the point of contact for all existing client contact and bid requestsLearn all facets of company business to better promote and represent company product lineAssist on special projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred; Business Management or Logistics degree preferred5+ years experience in an account executive or inside sales role requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a mixed warehouse/office environmentShipping/receiving and logistics and/or manufacturing a plus

This position is a full-time, direct-hire role with a base salary up to $80,000 annually, bonus opportunity, and full benefits.
