We’re looking for an experienced Associate Software Engineer to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers.

About the role:

As an Associate Software Engineer , you are an integral member of our engineering teams, focusing on building foundational software skills while contributing to various components of our infrastructure. While you are in the early stages of your professional journey, you will work closely with senior members to understand the ins and outs of our software, ensuring that your growth trajectory is on the right path.

What we are looking for:

0-2 years of hands-on software engineering experienceFamiliarity with Big Data/Cloud/Enterprise Frameworks, such as Play, Spring Boot, or QuarkusBasic understanding of web-socket and RESTFul APIsExperience in the following application frameworks: Angular, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Material UIFamiliarity and knowledge of SIMP Project, Ansible, GIT, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Suricata, Zeek, Kibana, Logstash, Elastic Search, Neo4J, and PostgreSQLExperience or knowledge in the following areas: Agile software development, agile methodologies, software development lifecycle management, and cross-functional teamsInterested in learning SW design and architecture patternsEager to grasp cloud-related software technologies such as AWS, Azure, and KubernetesCollaborative team player willing to learn and growBachelor's degree in computer science, software engineer, data science, software development, or STEM related specialtyMust be able to obtain SAFe for Teams certificationMust be able to obtain a Security+ certification within the first 90 days of employment with Raft

Clearance Requirements:

Able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance

Work Type:

Hybrid (Colorado Springs, CO)This is a hybrid role with two non-consecutive teleworking days per week.
