Location: Wilmington, DECompensation: $170,000 - $200,000/year + bonusResponsibilities as the Financial Controller:
Financial Controller, will assume a leadership role in the financial management of a dynamic organization with a high revenue base.
Role will lead a team of three professionals in accounting and manage billing and receivables.
With a strong emphasis on financial analysis and reporting, the Financial Controller will collaborate closely with payables to ensure streamlined operations.
Working in alignment with the company's vision, you will have the unique opportunity to be groomed for a future Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role.

Qualifications as the Financial Controller:
10+ years of accounting experience in a combination of public and private settings.
Expertise in presenting financials and conducting financial analysis is crucial.
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently, both internally and externally.
Financial Controller role will demand strong social and verbal skills due to significant internal and external interactions.
