Educate the market and increase the level of awareness of the enVista brandCreate opportunities within net-new and existing installed base of accountsEnsure and maintain a healthy sales opportunity pipelineDiscover and educate new stakeholdersBuild and maintain rapport with prospects by gaining a clear understanding of their business, objectives, and positioning positive business outcomesTimely follow up to inbound inquiriesPrepare customized Automation and Robotics focused elevator pitch presentationsGather, update, and maintain essential statistical prospect informationCollaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to organize and execute lead pursuitsBuild a strategic professional network with identified buyer personasMeet, and strive to exceed, all monthly, quarterly, and annual goalsParticipate in planned weekly / monthly education to enhance skills across the array of enVista Services and SolutionsKeep management informed of relevant insightsBe a key player in improving overall marketing and sales productivitySkills and Experience Needed:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field3-5 years of business development, sales development, or sales experienceExperience with Material Handling, Automation or Robotics strongly preferredExperience in Supply Chain Systems or Supply Chain Consulting is highly beneficialMust be competent with Outreach, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorExcellent written and verbal communicationUnderstand buyer personasConsultative, Customer-Centric, Challenge-based sellingCritical thinkingProject and time managementMust be detail-oriented and accurateMicrosoft Office proficiencyA competitive, positive, energetic, enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and driven individual with a relentless ambition for successCandidates could be based in either our Willowbrook, IL or Carmel, IN offices but could also work remotely anywhere in the contiguous United StatesBenefits of Joining enVista:
