Litigation Attorney

A law firm in Cleveland is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5-7 years of experience in Corporate Business and Transactional Law. The candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and discovery requests and responses. They will also take and defend depositions, assist in trial preparation, draft settlement agreements, and develop cases through factual investigation. First-chair trial experience is a plus. The Litigation Attorney will actively contribute to the financial success of the firm, promote professionalism, collegiality, and diversity, deliver excellent customer service, and engage in business development.
