They are seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney to join our Irvine office. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of employment law, with a proven ability to handle a broad range of employment-related issues. This role demands exceptional legal acumen, strong advocacy skills, and the ability to provide proactive legal counsel to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Advise and represent employers in various employment law matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.Conduct legal research and analysis to provide clients with strategic advice on employment practices and policies.Prepare and review legal documents, including employment agreements, handbooks, policies, and other employment-related documentation.Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and trials.Represent clients in administrative proceedings before the EEOC, DFEH, and other regulatory bodies.Provide training and counsel to clients on best practices for preventing workplace disputes and ensuring legal compliance.Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal services to clients.Stay current with developments in employment law to provide informed advice and representation.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar.2 to 10+ years of experience in employment law, preferably representing employers.
