Our core product, the Gradient Automation Foundry, makes it easy for enterprises to automate information processing workloads that were historically impossible to automate with RPA or internal tools. We’ve built our own LLMs and technology from the ground up to power privacy sensitive enterprise workloads.The roleAs the first Technical Recruiter at Gradient, you will be critical in helping us build out our engineering and research teams. You will own full-cycle recruitment and work closely with leadership to drive hiring process and strategy and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with our robust growth goalsProactively source and screen candidates using various methods, such as cold outbound, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referralsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to closing and onboardingActively work towards creating a diverse workforce by implementing inclusive recruitment practicesPreferred qualificationsYou might thrive in this role if you:Have 4-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including at least 2-3 years of technical recruiting experienceDemonstrate proven abilities to hire high quality team members, attract passive candidates, and build a diverse pipelineAre highly organized, with the ability to navigate across multiple work streams while managing your time efficientlyHave excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managersAre data-driven and experienced in analyzing recruitment metrics and market trends to inform recruitment strategiesAbout usWe’re an ambitious team tackling a huge industry with over $100B in TAM.
