ies and practices. The Field Safety Manager is also responsible for the implementation of an effective safe driving program

equipment safety standardization, and
providing

ation feedback on
safe behaviors in
an
industrial setting.
Essential Job FunctionsCoordinate and improve the health, and safety training programs to support field operationsEnsure compliance to the Product Stewardship and
application registration
requirementsEffectively manage and improve the risk management process to ensure effective mitigation of risk in field sales operationsCoordinate and maintain health and safety customer requirements and field support data systemsManage and enhance incident and near miss reporting systems for NA field salesOther Essential Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnow
Buckman chemistry, the associated, chemical hazards, and the necessaryNeeds to have very good understanding of
OSHA
regulations, process safety and speak to basic elements of a process safety programFully understand and support our sales force
activities at customer locationsUnderstand Buckman applications and how they support our customer’s needs with a deeper recognition of the risks presented by these applications and how to mitigate themEssential Job RequirementsBachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university4-10
years related experience and/or trainingChemical manufacturing
and field service safety experience is preferred.
