Are you a seasoned and detail-oriented accountant with at least 4 years of experience? We are seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to join our finance team in Santa Ana. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall financial success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Perform month-end and year-end close processes with precision.Reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and financial reports.Analyze financial data, trends, and discrepancies to provide insights.Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting principles.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience.Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.CPA a plus.
