Brief DescriptionAs a

Senior Data Engineer,

you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of our data architecture. You’ll manage integrations between our data and other systems, build out new automated processes, and monitor and manage existing data pipelines. As a key member of our data team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust data solutions that support business objectives and enable data-driven decision-making.This full-time, salaried position is a hybrid role based in Manchester, NH. It's open to candidates in the US who are eligible to work without current or future sponsorship.Your Impact:Handle support requests from across the enterprise, providing expertise and guidance.Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources into our data warehouse.Optimize and enhance existing data pipelines for improved performance, reliability, and efficiency.Implement and maintain data warehouse architecture to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.Manage and optimize databases to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the data engineering team.Your Profile:3+ years of experience with SQL and/or Snowflake SQL.3+ years’ experience in data engineering, with a focus on building and optimizing data pipelines.A solid understanding of data modeling concepts and data warehousing.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).Adapt to changing directions and handle competing demands effectively.Are inquisitive with a creative approach to problem-solving.Use excellent critical thinking skills to assess complex data engineering challenges.Bring strong prioritization and organizational skills.Utilize excellent problem-solving and communication skills.You’ll be a top candidate if you:Completed a degree in computer science or data science.Have experience with Snowflake.Bring Azure Data Factory and/or SSIS experience.Are familiar with Jira.Have experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Joining Moore, you will:Do meaningful, life-changing work every day by supporting the nation’s most beloved nonprofits and service organizations.Join the largest marketing and fundraising company in North America serving the nonprofit industry where we prioritize innovation and professional growth.Collaborate with industry subject matter experts among over 5,000 employees across the enterprise.Earn a competitive salary and have access to comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement benefits.Enjoy paid holidays and generous paid time off, ensuring you have the time and space to recharge and pursue your other passions.Moore’s commitment to candidates:Moore is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
