As the

Senior .NET Software Engineer , you’ll lead a team of software developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will work on projects at all stages of the software development lifecycle, from project initiation to deployment, and help ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.

This full-time, remote position is open to candidates in the US who are eligible to work without current or future sponsorship. The salary range is $110,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on skills and expertise.

Your impact:

Lead a talented development team to build, test, and maintain web-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies.Be a high performing contributor to the work getting done.Design, code, test, and debug software applications following established coding standards and development processes.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.Participate in architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring that the chosen solutions align with best practices and meet project requirements.Understand the best practices for triaging issues and come up with creative solutions for problems.Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.Build tools that help promote an automated and proactive model of support.Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on budget.

Your profile:

5+ years’ experience in software development.A bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.5+ years’ experience in C#, ASP.NET, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, SQL.2+ years' experience in managing more junior talent.Bring a deep understanding of object-oriented programming.Are knowledgeable of relational databases and concepts.Are knowledgeable on Agile development processes.Have experience with Git, CI/CD, JIRA.
