Gift Processing • Process daily gifts and reconciles revenue reports with Finance. • Provide tax acknowledgments to donors for all donations. • Promote and track matching gift opportunities. Tracking and Analysis • Ensure accuracy and completeness of records in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge RENXT database, including tracking of campaigns and appeals, contact information, and relationship history. • Research information on trends and strategies to improve retention and acquisition rates such as (monthly donors, lapsed donors, annual, mid-level and major donors). • Generates reports and updates, including preparing reports for relevant internal stakeholders. Qualifications: High School GED and Ideally two years' experience with Raisers Edge
