Gift Processing •Process daily gifts and reconciles revenue reports with Finance. •Provide tax acknowledgments to donors for all donations. •Promote and track matching gift opportunities. Tracking and Analysis •Ensure accuracy and completeness of records in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge RENXT database, including tracking of campaigns and appeals, contact information, and relationship history. •Research information on trends and strategies to improve retention and acquisition rates such as (monthly donors, lapsed donors, annual, mid-level and major donors). •Generates reports and updates, including preparing reports for relevant internal stakeholders. Qualifications: High School GED and Ideally two years' experience with Raisers Edge
