Summary Are you ready to take the lead in transforming our future? At HR Green, we're looking for a dynamic Business Integration Manager who reports directly to the COO. This pivotal role will steer our end-to-end integration processes, ensuring we extract maximum value from acquisitions. You'll have the opportunity to craft and refine our integration playbook, scaling our efforts to align with HR Green's ambitious strategic goals. Beyond integration, you'll drive other high-impact strategic initiatives, conduct thorough due diligence, and spearhead M&A outreach. If you're a visionary with a passion for growth and innovation, we want you on our team Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pre-Merger Planning & Execution Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive integration plan for acquisitions, leveraging best practices to maximize deal value. Partner with the transaction team to identify key strategic, financial, and operational integration points, ensuring they're considered during the underwriting process. Establish target metrics and KPIs to track post-merger success and collaborate with cross-functional leadership on achieving them. Design reporting templates, 100-day plans, and key integration documents to keep leadership informed throughout the process. Establish robust governance structures and drive integration timelines, deliverables, and milestones while managing reviews, reporting, and tracking. Post-Merger Integration Leader Oversee all aspects of the post-merger integration, ensuring smooth continuity from pre- to post-closing activities. Refine and manage integration plans across functions like Service Lines, Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and Legal. Foster strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed throughout the process. Monitor key metrics and track integration success based on established KPIs. Manage and streamline reporting and tracking systems, including customization and development. Proactively troubleshoot integration issues, provide progress updates to leadership, and escalate any concerns. Post-Acquisition Issue Resolution Manage and resolve closing and post-closing matters (e.g., SPA issues, adjustments, asset disposal, warranty claims, etc.) to minimize risks and costs. Implement effective processes and protocols to monitor, address, and resolve post-acquisition issues. Deliver regular status updates to key stakeholders on the resolution progress. Continuous Integration & Innovation Advocate Continuously seek improvements and innovative approaches to streamline the integration process. Identify and consolidate best practices, maintaining and updating an Integration Playbook for future use. Refine existing integration processes and systems, promoting efficiency and templated approaches. Champion the development and optimization of integration capabilities within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a closely related field. 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or strategy consulting with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other relevant advanced degree (preferred, but not required). Proven track record of leading complex projects, ideally with experience managing M&A integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
