Job Title:
Director of Cardiovascular Services
Salary:
$150,000 annually
Schedule:
Full-time, 36 hours per week, variable shifts

We are seeking a Director of Cardiovascular Services to oversee our dynamic and innovative cardiac care team. With state-of-the-art facilities and a commitment to cutting-edge care, we provide a platform for leadership that impacts patient outcomes directly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for all cardiovascular services, ensuring high standards of patient care and efficiency.Manage daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab and associated cardiovascular services, ensuring compliance with all hospital and regulatory policies.Drive the development and implementation of new services and protocols to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.Ensure optimal resource management, including staffing, budgeting, and use of facilities.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive team dynamics and the highest quality of care.Oversee quality assurance initiatives, maintain safety standards, and implement continuous improvement measures.
Qualifications:
Current Florida RN license is mandatory.BLS and ACLS certification required.Associates degree required; Bachelors degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.At least one year of direct leadership experience in an acute care cardiovascular services setting.Strong background in Cath Lab management, with substantial experience overseeing a cardiovascular unit.RCVT certification is preferred but not required.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a complex and fast-paced environment.
