We are looking for someone with:A License in Nursing Home AdministrationA strong, experienced, and confident leadership stylePrior knowledge of operational and oversight functions within a long-term care communityExperience with financials, hiring and overseeing directors, supervisors, consultants, and auxiliary personnelKnowledge of appropriate staffing requirements and confirming they are maintained dailyAbility to serve as a liaison to the medical staff, and other professional and supervisory staffSummary
This position is ideal for a strong, experienced, and confident LNHA. We are looking for this person to establish and maintain operational and oversight functions within our community and overall create a positive environment.
