Job Responsibilities:
Receives codes and enters data for all invoices and vouchers received
Processes daily and periodic payroll processing tasks through ADP Workforce Now
Reviews, updates status, and authorizes payment of expense reports in Concur
Audit expense vouchers and verify required approvals
Requirements:
3-5 years payroll experience
ADP Workforce Now software experience REQUIRED
Experience with Sage Intacct and Concur
Minimum 1-3 years of experience within non-profit entities
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments in a timely and efficient manner
