Associate/Vice President, Investor Relations & Product Development

Crow Holdings Capital seeks an Associate/Vice President to join the Investor Relations & Product Development team. The Associate/Vice President will have the opportunity to support existing and prospective investor relationships by focusing on enhancing client engagement, assisting in managing the fundraising process for new CHC real estate private equity funds and ventures, interacting with investors through on-going and initial diligence efforts and work closely on managing new fund and venture closings. Candidate should have prior real estate experience, comfort researching and writing about real estate trends, be detail-oriented, analytical and a self-starter.Primary Responsibilities

Assist in completing Due Diligence Questionnaires, Requests for Proposals, and ad-hoc requests to current and potential limited partnersAssist in serving as point of contact for diligence and on-going questions between investors and CHCAssist in coordinating presentations and meetings with investorsSupport the fundraising process for new vehiclesTrack investor opportunities and outreach in SalesforceAssist in preparation of fund/venture marketing pitchbooks and fund Private Placement MemorandumsWork closely with Legal, Fund Management and Compliance to execute fund closingsConduct real estate industry research for presentations and investor questionsConduct investor market research to assist fundraisingDesired Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (business or finance preferred), 3+ years of relevant industry experienceKnowledge of real estate investments and fundamentals, experience with real estate research a plusStrong analytical quantitative and organizational skills, with highest level of attention to detailExcellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
