RockCreek seeks a dynamic, resourceful, energetic, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This is an opportunity to work alongside team members who are driven by excellence and a passion for sustainable finance. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. This role directly supports the CEO and requires multi-tasking and follow through. Daily responsibilities include calendar management, coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics. We are looking for someone with strong experience working with executive teams in fast-paced environments and the ability to handle sensitive information with excellent judgment, diplomacy, and discretion.Specific Responsibilities include:Coordinate internal and external meetingsOrganize and regularly maintain a complex schedule/calendar for CEOManage phone and email correspondence for CEO officeGreet guests and provide reception desk coveragePrepare detailed itineraries for the CEO, including important numbers, locations, and contact namesCoordinate scheduling of press interviews, radio, and television time with the Communications DirectorMake reservations for the CEO’s air travel, ground transportation, lodging, and expense reportingEnsure that the CEO is provided with briefing materials for each event by coordinating with event participants and the appropriate internal team membersMonitor the CEO's incoming telephone calls, take messages, and return calls as requestedMaintain the CEO’s files, including notes, correspondence, and all information relating to travelWork well in a fast-paced environmentInterest in working on ad hoc projects, events, and requests as neededQualifications
