Working directly with the CCO, this role proactively contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, elevating focus and productivity.ResponsibilitiesCalendar management: Manage, maintain, and coordinate the CCO’s complex schedule by prioritizing conflicting demands, exercising discretion in committing time, and scheduling meetings involving senior level internal and external participants including clients, regulators, and vendor partners. Oversee logistical details such as meeting rooms, audio-visual and technology requirements to ensure seamless execution. Monitor and track scheduling requests.Meeting management: Assist with planning, organizing, and executing weekly calls, events, and meetings involving the CCO. Prepare and distribute information packages for meetings (i.e., agendas, handouts, presentations), minute taking, summarize next steps, and follow up on action items.Reporting and strategic priorities: Create and edit reports, spreadsheets, charts, presentations or other correspondence as requested. Support the CCO on reporting and strategic priorities.Stakeholder management: Represent the CCO with the utmost professionalism. Work collaboratively with all levels of the organization across multiple business lines and geographies, managing relationships with empathy, tact, and diplomacy. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
