Manufacturers use it to produce perfumes, personal care and cosmetic products, cleaning products and detergents, home fragrances and oral care products.Your roleThe business Analyst will provide support for the sales team and business leaders for reviews, forecast and budget of sales, profitability, customer bids and costs. He will provide guidance to the business to meet and exceed financial goals. This role may work hybrid but is required to be on-site in our location in Teterboro, NJ.Roles & Responsibilities:Sales Team Support:
Analyze financial performance of the accounts from macro to micro standpointChallenge sales previsions (Forecast, budget, Mid Term Plan)Develop operational metrics and key performance indicators to the businessBuild innovative scenarios to support commercial strategiesTranslate data into information and recommendations for decision-makingEmployee trainings (MicroStrategy, SAP, Excel …)
Business Support:
Monthly analysis of the financial results from Sales to EBITDABudget and forecast process coordination: working as a bridge between Business and FinanceContact with global headquarters (Germany) for business controllership, business intelligence and benchmarkingOptimize internal business processes seeking to improve operational efficiency and efficacy and manage the business performance, influencing the decision-making through recommendationsSupport to other departments as well (CRM, Creative team, Production …)

Conduct market research on new clients opportunitiesImplement a competitive intelligence system
Minimum Requirements:Financial & Business Intelligence background requires at least 3 to 5 years.Requires a bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.Expert in Excel, PPT and business intelligence tools.Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task, demonstrate self-initiative and work independently and under pressure.Must be detail oriented.Become part of our open and transparent culture.
