Your role

Lead and build NAM (North America) Operational Roadmap to include multi-site manufacturing facilities and finished good warehouses.

Define the vision and plan required to drive best in class results in food safety and quality standards, safety, people/culture, productivity, regulatory compliance, state & federal compliance, continuous improvement and customer service.

Propose and drive execution of CAPEX plan for NAM sites.

Ensure strategic industrial projects are well managed and executed on time and on budget.

Lead the execution of the continuous improvement plan as aligned with NAM and global corporate initiatives.

Certify the safety policy in NAM through strong collaboration with global QSHE team.

Comply with all relevant standards in term of Safety / Environment as set by US / Canadian regulatory bodies and DPF worldwide policy.

Oversee that working conditions to operators are safe/clean/organized.

Analyze and report to the General Manager and global headquarters based on the Key Performance Indicators (K.P.I) requirements.

Collaborate and engage with global HQ operations and supply chain function leaders.

About you

Bachelor’s degree in business management, Engineering, Logistics or similar field required; master's degree preferred.

15+ years of leadership experience managing a multi-site manufacturing environment in pet food production, food production, ingredients, specialty chemicals, consumer products or relevant industries.

Proven track record of improving plant operation efficiencies, and team / culture development.

Strong experience developing a multi-year capital improvement plan for sites to include upgrading older sites and expanding capacity.

Experience operating in a multinational organizational structure preferred.

Knowledge of safety and compliance with state/federal regulations.

Knowledge of quality initiatives, specifically GMP, FSSC22000 and HACCP.

Excellent analytical approach to drive data decision-making.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front (boots on the ground) and engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
